Stephen previously worked as a Contracts Manager for several Scottish firms since the mid-1980s and has experience with demolition at the director level; culminating as Chair for NFDC Scotland & Northern Ireland from 2010-2012, where he worked closely with the national trade federation to promote good practice and training standards nationally.

Expertise in the demolition process, a specialist in the competitive tendering process and proficiency with demolition consultancy, acquired through running a family demolition business for 19 years pre-pandemic.
