Introduction
I am a Health, Safety and Quality professional with over 20 years’ experience in both engineering and management based roles.
I have experience of leading and mentoring teams and believe that as I worked my way up from the shop floor I understand how to communicate with staff at all levels of a business and how best to motivate them.
I understand that within the role of health, safety and quality it is important to be able to communicate effectively both within an organisation as well as with suppliers and customers alike to ensure that required standards and safe operating practices are achieved and maintained.
Additionally, I am a qualified lead auditor and have experience of managing and auditing ISO 45001, ISO9001 and ISO 14001.
My pragmatic approach ensures that both management systems and health and safety are maintained to the required level of compliance.
