Introduction

Jon is a Senior Demolition SME with over 28 years of experience within the construction, demolition, and remediation industry and has a proven track record of work carried out and delivered for public and private sector clients through the UK and Europe.

Specialising in the provision of advice and consultancy services in the inspection, assessment and refurbishment, demolition, and remediation of various assets/sites, Jon’s experience encompasses a wide and diverse range of projects of varying sizes for redevelopment, regeneration, land transactions and environmental management.

His specialist experience also includes the appraisal, design, and procurement of demolition solutions for redundant assets/sites. This experience ranges from undertaking high-level option reviews tailored to the client’s specific requirements and providing full-time on-site supervision for decontamination/demolition schemes. This experience is also harnessed by his ability to develop detailed demolition strategies, written specifications and tender documents and procurement of main works.
