John is an experienced Technical Lead formerly within the Business Development Team and an experienced Technical and Contracts Manager across the full range of Compliance Services and Asbestos-related disciplines.

With over 20 years of management experience, John is a pragmatic individual with excellent problem-solving abilities who relishes a challenge and ensures that projects are thoroughly planned and well executed whilst understanding the goals and requirements of the stakeholders involved.

John is an industry professional with a wide experience in differing roles and projects across the property compliance, construction and asbestos industries; he currently provides expert advice and support that ensure that each project fulfils its compliance requirements in a simple and cost-effective way.

John has developed close relationships with a number of high-profile clients and a thorough understanding of the unique challenges faced by property owners and managers post Grenfell be that Industrial, Commercial, Leisure or Healthcare portfolios Areas of Expertise.
