A professionally qualified, dynamic and ambitious Senior Manager/Director with over 50 years construction/demolition experience in all aspects of the construction and demolition processes including controlled explosive demolition, traditional work down and machine demolition. Able to effectively communicate at all levels.

Fully conversant with CDM and quality management processes and procedures. Registered internal auditor and registered Principal Designer under the CDM Regulation 2015. Expert Witness within the field of Safety, Health and Environment.

Particular strengths in senior management situations with soft management skills having a flair in influencing and leadership. Able to effectively operate at either project management level or contracts management level with the preparation and management of all aspects associated with construction/decommissioning dismantling, operational requirements including but not limited to: tender preparation, contracts and operations management. Development of operational engineering and commercial applications to ensure the success of projects generally.

Maintaining contract coordination and monitoring progress of active sites, preparation of detailed Contract documentation, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and programs. Attending pre and post contract meetings, progress reviews with clients, management of third party sub-contractors, and ensuring that CDM regulations and current Safety, Health and Environment regulations are managed and maintained throughout the project.
