Course Description

Temporary works may be used to provide support to ensure that the temporary condition does not lead to a structural failure incident. This type of structural support may be inside or outside the structure or anywhere on a construction/demolition site.

This course is designed to give the learner the necessary knowledge required to check temporary works on site, record and report the findings to the Site Manager and the Temporary Works Coordinator.

AIM:

  • To teach you the roles and responsibility of a temporary works supervisor (TWS).
