Demolition Consultancy

Demolition Consultancy

Demolition requires specialist technical knowledge, early planning and a clear understanding of how structures, materials, hazards and surrounding environments will respond as work progresses.

Perses CDM provides independent demolition consultancy throughout the project lifecycle, from initial feasibility and procurement through to delivery, monitoring and completion.

Our services include:

  • demolition feasibility and options assessments;
  • review of existing structural and site information;
  • advice on demolition methods, sequencing and temporary stability;
  • identification of project-specific hazards and constraints;
  • development of demolition scopes and technical requirements;
  • contractor prequalification and tender evaluation;
  • review of demolition methodologies, RAMS and programmes;
  • design and temporary-works interface reviews;
  • site audits and progress inspections; and
  • technical support to clients, designers and project teams.

The selected demolition method and sequence must be properly planned and documented, with structural stability maintained throughout the work.
