Shaun Stephenson is a Trainer, NVQ Assessor, and Consultant for Perses. His specialist area is demolition and asbestos removal. He holds a BA in Management, and several site-based Health and Safety qualifications, including construction and demolition management. Shaun has an in-depth understanding of site safety, partnered with an ability to find pragmatic solutions for completing tasks effectively. Shaun previously worked as a Contracts Manager for a fast-growing northern demolition company, a position he worked up to over the course of several years. After graduating from university Shaun continues to enjoy learning, analysing, and communicating management information. Shaun’s interests are in business, politics, social dynamics, and mindfulness. He also takes pleasure in exercise which includes activities such as weight lifting and Thai-boxing.
