Introduction

Melanie joined Perses in October 2025 after managing a golf club office for three years. Before working at the golf club, she spent six years in construction administration. Melanie began her career in retail banking, where she spent many years advancing from a branch teller to a deputy branch manager, before becoming an income manager for the UK. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, often on a weekend morning at the side of a football pitch. She loves family holidays, with her favourites being Greece in the summer and Copenhagen in the winter.
