A professionally qualified and experienced manager with 30-plus years of demolition & construction experience.
Practically experienced in all aspects of demolition processes, including most types of demolition methods from Top-Down Demolition, façade retention, and enabling works to the selection and use of plant and demolition equipment including remote and intrinsically safe.
As part of previous roles I have experience in coordination and monitoring the progress of multi-activity sites, reviewing Contract documentation, Risk Assessments & Method Statements, liaising with structural engineers in the implementing of designs for temporary works and enabling works, attending pre-and post-contract meetings, project progress meetings and the management of specialist sub-contractors to include asbestos contractor’s, hazardous waste contractors, scaffolding contractor’s and hoarding contractors and transportation providers.
I am a Member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers and BOHS P402 Asbestos Surveyor.
