We worked for the client, The Nairn Golf Club, on redesigning and constructing the course layout in the ancient fishing port and market town and royal burgh of Nairn in the Highlands of Scotland.
We were engaged as the contract's Principal Designer (PD), overseeing the planning phase and the general health and safety on-site during the works.
We were appointed as the project's CDM Principal Designer (PD). Our roles included checking the Principal Contractor’s Construction Phase Plan (CPP) and reviewing the Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) and the asbestos removal Plan of Works.
